-Down Payment? This is a very important step, that many buyers may overlook. This is in fact a very important step that can affect many aspects of your loan product. A typical conventional loan will require a 20 - 30% down payment. But with many loan products to make this step easier for first time home buyers I recommend consulting with a professional mortgage consultant. (I would happy to help you locate one)

-Monthly Payments? How much can you afford a month? Did you consider HOA fees? Mortgage Insurance? Home owners insurance? These are all factors in your monthly payment? Your Mortgage Consultant can help you nail this down as well...

Boise Did It Again!!!

The North End of Boise made Sunset Magazine as one of the best neighborhoods in all of the west. To those of us here in Boise it is no surprise, the old world charm of hyde, and the character found in the historic homes (a northender as some locals call them) here in the North End. Good afternoon on a on this sunny January day in Beautiful Boise Idaho. Attended our Master Mind meeting this morning, and let me tell you... We are in quite the competitive market here in Boise with Active inventory down from over 1900 last year to around 1700 this year. Pendings reflected the same trend from close to 760 last January up to almost 1000 this this year. With sold listings up from 79 to just under 100. Boise warming up fast, and it is only January. this is looking like a busy real estate year here in the Boise area.  Hope that you all have a fantastic day, thanks for reading...

Good Morning from Boise Idaho...

My name is Garrett, I am an Real Estate Agent with Atova Inc.
